At Mountain Peak Resort, we believe in offering our guests flexibility while maintaining fair and transparent practices. We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ve created our cancellation and refund policy to accommodate those unexpected shifts, while also helping us serve all our guests better.
Cancellation Before 30 Days of Check-In:
Cancel your booking more than 30 days before your arrival, and we’ll refund 90% of the total billing amount. Only 10% will be retained as a processing fee.
Cancellation Between 15–30 Days:
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be retained.
Cancellation Within 15 Days:
If the cancellation is made within 15 days of your scheduled arrival, we regret to inform you that no refund can be provided.
No-Show Policy:
In case of a no – show without prior communication or cancellation, the entire booking amount will be retained and no refund will be applicable.
Early Departure:
If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Reservation Modifications:
If you wish to change your booking dates, please contact us at the earliest. All changes are subject to availability and pricing differences. Please note that the cancellation policy applies based on the original booking dates.
Group Bookings:
For group or bulk bookings, different terms may apply. Please connect with our reservation team to understand the applicable conditions.
Force Majeure Clause:
In the rare event of natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure situations, we’ll work with you to offer flexible alternatives such as a reschedule or credit for a future stay, depending on the situation.
